add class to read server address from register(HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Ntalkbiz\NtalkbizD\ServerConfig).
1.If there is no any config data in the place(just like the normal user), then use real server address.
2.If import Alpha.reg or Real.reg file into register, then use the address;
3."ServerType" is the server type ¨C 0(Real), 1(Stage), 2(Alpha)
TODO: because we don't use Stage server now, so do not provide Stage.reg temporarily.
